Names of Two Senders of Letters of Recommendation

APPLICANT AGREEMENT:
I declare that the information submitted on my application to the Wideman Piano Competition is complete and truthful.   If accepted as a contestant in the competition, I shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Competition.   If I receive an award in the Competition I shall honor all commitments resulting from the award made on my behalf by the Competition.   I will give recognition of that award in all future publicity.

After you submit your online application, in order to complete your application you must also mail:

1.  Three copies of an up-to-date resume in essay form.
2.  Two letters of recommendation addressed to the Wideman Piano Competition.
3.  Proof of date of birth (e.g. copy of drivers license, birth certificate or passport).
4.  A recent 8 x 10 black & white glossy photograph for publicity purposes (passport or drivers license photographs are not acceptable).  It may be sent by email if it is of good quality in JPG or other Standard photographic format.
5.  A non-refundable fee of $75.00 made payable to the Wideman Piano Competition.
6.  A preliminary video audition on DVD.  This performance must contain the whole concerto you are performing with second piano or orchestra.
7.  If requested on the application form, an accompanist will be provided by the Competition for an additional $100.00.  The check should be made out to the Wideman Piano Competition and included with application.
